ToPromote and Market your Small Business is actually SIMPLE and is not expensive at all. In the mid 80's I was spending $1,500.00 a month for a half page add in the Yellow Pages. That still did not put me up front in the Yellow Pages. Because they went in Alphabetical Order. I needed to advertise more to cover slow weeks so Idecided to try (coupons) Direct Mailing which cost me $800.00 for 25,000 homes. Direct Mailing at first I was not enthused with the response I received. So I decided to try it one more time but I made revisions in my wording andI changed the coloring of the coupon, text among other changes. The wording and changes I made I was overwhelmed at the great response I received. There is Powerful Wording in Advertising that is very Important to use.
